Step 1

Cut the cucumber in half and then quarters lengthwise before cutting the quarters into thin slices.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters as well and add everything to a large bowl.

Step 2

Peel the garlic clove and place it in a garlic press.

Press the garlic clove into the bowl and add the remaining ingredients for the dressing to the bowl as well.

Stir thoroughly until the dressing is evenly distributed throughout the tomato-cucumber salad.
