Coleslaw is the perfect side dish, especially if eaten with meat.

But usually, it’s made with quite a bit of sugar, that’s why most store-bought versions aren’t the best choice on keto.

This sugar-free low carb coleslaw only has about 3g net carbs per serving and will be the ideal companion on your keto diet.

Step 1

  g white cabbage, carrot, shallot

Remove the outer leaves of your cabbage and wash the cabbage.
Peel the carrot and shallot.

Step 2

Cut the cabbage and carrot into thin strips.

Step 3

Cut the shallot into fine cubes.

Step 4

Add the chopped vegetables into a large bowl.

Mix the ingredients for the creamy coleslaw dressing in a separate bowl and pour it into the bowl.

Mix the coleslaw well.

Step 6

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and put it in the fridge.

Let the coleslaw sit in the fridge for at least 5-6 hours and even better – overnight.

Step 7

Give your finished keto coleslaw a good stir before you enjoy it!

Storage

If your low carb coleslaw is covered with plastic wrap and stored in your fridge you’ll be able to enjoy it for up to 4 days.
