Make sure that no big chunks of the ingredients are left, for example under the food processors’ blades.

Press one whole hazelnut into each ball and roll them in chopped hazelnuts for a bit of decoration and extra crunch.
Storage
If you store the fat bombs in the fridge they will be good longer, but the chocolate will harden and they will thus be more difficult to eat.
Take them out 20-30 minutes prior to eating to avoid this problem.
