ml coconut oil
g sugar-free chocolate
g chopped hazelnuts
g powdered erythritol Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar that even has some health benefits.

tsp unsweetened baking cacao powder
tsp vanilla extract You can also use a vanilla bean in exchange.
1 tsp = 1/2 bean
oz ground hazelnuts
fl oz coconut oil
oz sugar-free chocolate
oz chopped hazelnuts

Step 1

Melt the chocolate and (if necessary) the coconut oil using a double boiler or in your microwave.

Step 2

Add the ingredients into the food processor and pulse for about 30-45 seconds.

Step 3

Add the melted chocolate and coconut oil into the food processor and pulse again for about 15 seconds.

Make sure that no big chunks of the ingredients are left, for example under the food processors’ blades.

Step 4

Place the fat bomb mass in your freezer for about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Take the fat bomb mass out of the freezer and form about bite-sized balls with your hands.

Press one whole hazelnut into each ball and roll them in chopped hazelnuts for a bit of decoration and extra crunch.

Storage

Store the low carb chocolate hazelnut fat bombs in an air-tight container at room temperature and consume them within 2-3 days.

If you store the fat bombs in the fridge they will be good longer, but the chocolate will harden and they will thus be more difficult to eat.

Take them out 20-30 minutes prior to eating to avoid this problem.
