ml unsweetened almond milk You can exchange the almond milk for regular milk or some other low carb plant-based milk, if you like.
g frozen blueberries
ml heavy cream
liquid sweetener to taste
fl oz unsweetened almond milk You can exchange the almond milk for regular milk or some other low carb plant-based milk, if you like.

liquid sweetener to taste
cup unsweetened almond milk You can exchange the almond milk for regular milk or some other low carb plant-based milk, if you like.

Step 1

  ml unsweetened almond milk, g frozen blueberries, ml heavy cream

  fl oz unsweetened almond milk, oz frozen blueberries, fl oz heavy cream

Add all of the ingredients into a high-performance blender and mix for about 20-30 seconds.

Don’t mix too long, as the friction will warm up your milkshake and nobody likes a warm milkshake.
