Step 1

  g butter

  oz butter

  cup butter

Melt the butter in a small pot or in your microwave.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients except for the flakey sea salt to the melted butter and mix them until well combined.

Step 3

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the peanut-caramel-mixture into it.

You can also use a simple baking rack lined with parchment paper, just make sure the mass isn’t spreading too much as that will make the bark too thin.

If it spreads a lot, just wait a little bit until the butter hardened up a bit, this will solve the problem.

Step 4

Place the baking dish or baking rack in your fridge and let the peanut caramel bark chill for about 1 hour.

Step 5

Sprinkle a bit of flakey sea salt on top of the finished bark and use a large kitchen knife to cut it into about pieces that are about the same size.

Storage

Cover the finished low carb peanut caramel bark with plastic wrap and store it in your fridge.

There it’ll be good for about 1 week.
