ml heavy cream
g pumpkin purée
g brown erythritol Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar that even has some health benefits.

tsp vanilla extract You can also use a vanilla bean in exchange.
1 tsp = 1/2 bean

pinch of pumpkin spice If you don’t have pumpkin spice on hand, you can easily make your own one by mixing the following spices:
 
1 TL cinnamon
½ TL ginger (ground)
½ TL allspice (ground)
¼ TL cloves (ground)
¼ TL nutmeg (ground)
oz mascarpone cheese
fl oz heavy cream

Step 1

  cup mascarpone cheese,  tbsp heavy cream, tbsp pumpkin purée, tbsp brown erythritol, tsp vanilla extract, pinch of pumpkin spice

Add all of the ingredients into a bigger bowl.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients with an egg beater or hand mixer until you get a smooth and fluffy mass.

Step 3

Fill a small jar with the mousse.

Step 4

Let the mousse chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying it.

Storage

Cover the jar with plastic wrap or a lid and store it in your fridge.

The mousse will be good for about 2-3 days.
