Ingredients
Step 1
 oz sugar-free chocolate

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Add the chocolate into a bigger bowl and place it on top of a water-filled pot.
Bring the water to a boil and stir the chocolate every now and then until it has completely melted.
Step 2
 g silvered almonds
 oz silvered almonds
 cup slivered almonds
Add the slivered almonds into the bowl with the melted chocolate and mix well.
Step 3
Use a spoon to place about 2 tbsp worth of the almond-chocolate-mixture on a plate that’s lined with parchment paper and repeat until you’ve used up the mixture.
Step 4
Place the plate in your fridge and let it chill until the chocolate has hardened up.
Enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee!
Storage
Cover the low carb almond chocolate clusters with plastic wrap or place them in an air-tight container and store them in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
