Step 1 – Preparing the marzipan

Add all of the ingredients for the keto marzipan into a middle-sized bowl and knead with your hands until you get a smooth mass.

Step 2

Form small bite-sized balls from the mass.

Step 3 – Preparing the cacao coating

Mix the ingredients for the cacao coating in a separate bowl.

Place the marzipan balls into the bowl and roll them around until they are fully covered.

Storage

Place the finished low carb marzipan balls in an air-tight container and consume them within 1-2 days, as they dry out rather quickly.
