No party is complete without deviled eggs – the little snack is easy to make for the host and the guests simply love them.

And what is not to love? They taste amazing and they are also healthy as well!

That’s why they’re also great as a snack or breakfast idea on a low carb or keto diet – one egg only adds about 0.3g net carbs to your carb count.

Use an immersion blender to purée the egg yolk-mayo-mixture or use a fork to mash them up.
Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

If you want to serve the deviled eggs on a party or a special occasion, we recommend using a frosting bag to add the egg-yolk-mixture into the egg whites.

If you just want to make them for yourself, use a small spoon to add the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

Storage

Cover the eggs with plastic wrap and place them in your fridge.

They taste best when they’re eaten on the same day, but you can also keep them 1-2 longer in your fridge.
