 tbsp heavy cream
tbsp powdered erythritol

Step 1 – Preparing the fat bombs

  g soft butter, g defatted almond flour, g powdered erythritol,  tbsp lemon juice , drop lemon flavoring

  oz soft butter, oz defatted almond flour, oz powdered erythritol,  tbsp lemon juice , drop lemon flavoring

  tbsp soft butter, cup defatted almond flour, tbsp powdered erythritol,  tbsp lemon juice , drop lemon flavoring

Add all of the ingredients for the fat bomb mass into a middle-sized bowl.
Mix until you get a smooth mass.

Step 2

Form about bite-sized balls with your hands.

Step 3 – Preparing the topping

  g full-fat cream cheese, ml heavy cream, g powdered erythritol

  oz full-fat cream cheese, fl oz heavy cream, oz powdered erythritol

  tbsp full-fat cream cheese,  tbsp heavy cream, tbsp powdered erythritol

Add all of the ingredients for the topping to a middle-sized bowl.
Mix well, until you get a smooth mass.

Step 4

Distribute the finished topping evenly over your lemon cake fat bombs and let them chill in your fridge for at least half an hour before you enjoy them.

Storage

Cover your fat bombs with plastic wrap and store them in your fridge for up to 3 days.

The topping tends to dry out faster, so it may make sense to prepare it fresh when you plan on eating the fat bombs at a later time.
