g brown erythritol Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar that even has some health benefits.

fl oz heavy cream
oz chopped pecans

Step 1

  oz mascarpone cheese, fl oz heavy cream, oz chopped pecans, oz brown erythritol, tsp vanilla extract

Add all of the ingredients into a bigger bowl and mix them with an eggbeater or hand mixer until you get a smooth and fluffy mass.

Step 2

Fill the mousse into a small jar.

(Optional) Add a few chopped pecans on top of your mousse for decoration and a bit of extra crunch.

Step 4

Let the mousse chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying it.

Storage

Cover the jar with plastic wrap or a lid and store it in your fridge.

The mousse will be good for about 2-3 days.
