Ingredients

Ingredients for the brownie base:

g defatted almond flour Make sure that your almond flour is defatted in order to get the best results.
g powdered erythritol Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar that even has some health benefits.

tsp vanilla extract You can also use a vanilla bean in exchange.
1 tsp = 1/2 bean

Step 1 – Preparing the brownie base

Add all of the ingredients for the brownie base into a middle-sized bowl and mix them until you get a smooth mass.

Step 2

Press the brownie mass into a suitable silicone mold, like this bar silicone mold.

Make sure to leave enough room for the cheesecake mass in the silicone mold (about the width of an finger).

Step 3

Place the fat bomb mass in your freezer for about 10-15 minutes, while you prepare the cheesecake layer.

Step 4 – Preparing the cheesecake layer

Add all of the ingredients for the cheesecake layer into a middle-sized bowl and mix them until you get a smooth mass.

Step 5

Add the cheesecake mass on top of the brownie mass into the same silicone mold.

Use a spatula to make sure the cheesecake mass is even and smooth.

Step 6

Place the silicone mold in your fridge and let them chill for about an hour.

Step 7

Press the brownie cheesecake bars out of the silicone mold once the hour is over and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Step 8

(Optional) Decorate the finished bites with a bit of shredded chocolate.

Storage

Cover the low carb brownie cheesecake fat bombs with plastic wrap or place them in an air-tight container and store them in your fridge.

We recommend consuming them within 2-3 days.
