Ingredients

g mascarpone cheese
ml heavy cream

g sugar-free chocolate
oz mascarpone cheese
fl oz heavy cream

cup mascarpone cheese
 tbsp heavy cream

Step 1

Add all of the ingredients (except the heavy cream) into a bigger bowl.
Grate the chocolate and add it to the bowl as well.

Set a small amount of the grated chocolate aside, as we will sprinkle a bit of it on top of the finished mousse to garnish it.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients with an egg beater or hand mixer until you get a smooth and fluffy mass.

Step 3

  ml heavy cream

  fl oz heavy cream

   tbsp heavy cream

Beat the heavy cream until stiff.
Add the stiff cream into the bowl with the other ingredients and fold it in.

Step 4

Fill a small jar with the finished mousse and add a bit of the grated chocolate that you saved in step 1 on top.

Step 5

Place the finished brownie mousse in your fridge and let it chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying it.

Storage

Cover the jar with plastic wrap or a lid and store it in your fridge.

The mousse will be good for about 1-2 days.
