Ingredients

g very soft butter
g brown erythritol Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar that even has some health benefits.

oz very soft butter

Ingredients for the cream cheese topping:

g full-fat cream cheese
ml heavy cream
g powdered erythritol
tsp vanilla extract You can also use a vanilla bean in exchange.
1 tsp = 1/2 bean

fl oz heavy cream
oz powdered erythritol

Step 1 – Preparing the fat bomb mass

  g very soft butter, g brown erythritol, g defatted almond flour,  tsp cinnamon

  oz very soft butter, oz brown erythritol, oz defatted almond flour,  tsp cinnamon

  cup very soft butter, tbsp brown erythritol, cup defatted almond flour,  tsp cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients for the fat bomb mass into a middle-sized bowl.

Mix them until you get a smooth mass.

Step 2

Place the fat bomb mass in your freezer for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, start to prepare the cream cheese topping.

Step 3 – Preparing the cream cheese topping

Add the cream cheese into a middle-sized bowl and melt it in your microwave or using a double boiler.

You should be careful not to burn the cream cheese with both options.

Step 4

  ml heavy cream, g powdered erythritol, tsp vanilla extract

  fl oz heavy cream, oz powdered erythritol, tsp vanilla extract

   tbsp heavy cream, tbsp powdered erythritol, tsp vanilla extract

Add the remaining ingredients for the cream cheese topping to the bowl with the melted cream cheese and mix thoroughly.

Make sure there aren’t any chunks left.

Step 5

Take the fat bomb mass out of the freezer and form about bite-sized balls with your hands.

Step 6

Place the fat bombs back into your freezer for about 5 more minutes, before you pour the warm topping over them.

Step 7

Pour the topping evenly over all of the finished cinnamon fat bombs.

Using a small spoon is the easiest and less messiest way to do this.

Step 8

Place the finished low carb cinnamon roll fat bombs in your fridge and let them chill for about 30 minutes before enjoying them.

Storage

Cover the keto cinnamon roll fat bombs with plastic wrap and store them in your fridge.

Keep in mind that the cream cheese topping tends to dry out quite quickly and it should be prepared fresh if you intend to keep them longer than 1-2 days.

The cinnamon fat bombs without the cream cheese topping will be good for about 3 days.
