 tsp instant coffee
 tsp hot water
tsp unsweetened baking cacao powder
oz soft butter

tbsp defatted almond flour Make sure that your almond flour is defatted in order to get the best results.
 tsp instant coffee
 tsp hot water

Step 1

   tsp instant coffee,  tsp hot water

   tsp instant coffee,  tsp hot water

   tsp instant coffee,  tsp hot water

Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water and add it to a middle-sized bowl.

Step 2

Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl as well and mix them until you get a smooth mass.

Step 3

Place the fat bomb mass in your freezer for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Take the fat bomb mass out of the freezer and form about bite-sized balls with your hands.

If you want to get a bit fancy and would like to form coffee beans instead of balls like the ones in our pictures, start by forming an oval shape and press the backside of a knife in the middle of the “coffee bean” to achieve the finished look.

Step 5

Place the finished fat bombs in your fridge and let them chill for about 30 minutes before enjoying them.

Storage

Cover the low carb coffee fat bombs with plastic wrap or place them in an air-tight container and store them in your fridge.

We recommend consuming them within 3-4 days.
