oz plain greek yogurt, oz powdered erythritol, tsp vanilla extract
cup plain greek yogurt, tbsp powdered erythritol, tsp vanilla extract
Step 2
A silicone mold is the best choice, because it’s super easy to press the frozen yogurt bites out of the mold once they’re frozen.
Step 3
Depending on what mold you are using and how big your frozen yogurt bites are, it takes about 2-4 hours until they are completely frozen.
Storage
You can store them for longer in your freezer (up to 2 weeks), just keep in mind that ice crystals will form after a while and they’ll start to lose their flavor.
