Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
Step 2

Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and knead with your hands until you get a smooth dough.
Step 3
Form about equally sized balls with your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Make sure you don’t place the balls too close together – there should be at least about 1″/2.5cm between each cookie.
Step 4
Press the balls down with the palm of your hand.
Take a fork and create a criss-cross pattern on the cookies.
Step 5
Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes in your preheated oven.
Step 6
Let the cookies cool down completely before enjoying them with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
Storage
Store the cookies in a cookie jar or another suitable container.
The cookies will be good for up to 2 weeks.
