Let the strawberries simmer for about 10 minutes and stir them regularly while they cook.

Step 2
Step 3
ml water, ml half & half, g chia seeds, g erythritol
fl oz water, fl oz half & half, oz chia seeds, oz erythritol
cup water, tbsp half & half, tbsp chia seeds, tbsp erythritol
Let the jar sit for about two minutes before stirring again.
Step 4
Make sure there are no clumps of chia seeds at the bottom or the edge of the jar and that everything is evenly distributed.
Step 5
Step 6
Give it a good stir one last time and enjoy it!
You can also leave it in the fridge for a longer period of time and eat it later, especially if your cooked strawberries were still quite hot when you mixed your chia pudding – but you should still stir the pudding once more at the 30-minute mark.
Storage
The pudding will keep fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
