Step 1
 g soft butter
 oz soft butter
 cup soft butter
Beat the butter with a hand mixer until it is smooth and pale in color.
Step 2
 tbsp powdered erythritol, vanilla bean
Add the powdered erythritol and vanilla pulp to the beaten butter and mix again at low speed.
The texture of your buttercream fat bombs will be even more delicate if you add the powdered erythritol through a sifter.
Step 3
Transfer the buttercream into a frosting bag.
If you don’t have a frosting bag and the look of the fat bombs isn’t as important to you, you can also use a small spoon.
Step 4
Pipe small blueberry-sized drops on a plate.
Step 5
Place the finished buttercream fat bombs in your fridge and let them chill for at least 1 hour before enjoying them.
Storage
Cover the low carb buttercream fat bombs with plastic wrap or place them in an air-tight container and store them in your fridge.
We recommend consuming them within 3-4 days.
