oz plain greek yogurt
fl oz water
garlic clove

cup plain greek yogurt
tbsp water
garlic clove

 tsp chopped parsley

Step 1

  g plain greek yogurt, ml water, garlic clove,  tsp chopped chives

   tsp chopped parsley, tsp salt, pinch of pepper

  oz plain greek yogurt, fl oz water, garlic clove,  tsp chopped chives

   tsp chopped parsley, tsp salt, pinch of pepper

  cup plain greek yogurt, tbsp water, garlic clove,  tsp chopped chives

   tsp chopped parsley, tsp salt, pinch of pepper

Peel the garlic clove and place it in a garlic press.
Press the garlic clove into a small jar and add all of the remaining ingredients to the jar as well.

Mix the ingredients well.

A small whisk like this one is super helpful to get a smooth salad dressing that is well combined.

Step 2

Pour the keto yogurt dressing over a salad of your choice.

Tip: The dressing tastes especially good with a simple garden salad or a salad with chicken.

Storage

If you have already poured the salad dressing over your salad, you should eat it as soon as possible.

However, the salad dressing itself will keep longer if stored in your refrigerator.

Cover the jar with plastic wrap or pour the dressing in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
