Ingredients

g melted butter
g chopped pecans
g brown erythritol Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar that even has some health benefits.

1 tsp = 1/2 bean

(optional) pecan halves for decoration
(optional) sugar-free chocolate

Step 1

  g melted butter

  oz melted butter

  cup melted butter

Melt the butter by …

a) microwaving it for about 20-30 seconds,

b) or heating it in a pot or frying pan.

Make sure the butter doesn’t boil or burn.

Step 2

  g chopped pecans, g brown erythritol, ml heavy cream, tsp vanilla extract

  cup chopped pecans, tbsp brown erythritol,  tbsp heavy cream, tsp vanilla extract

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl with the melted butter and mix them until you get a smooth mass.

Step 3

Fill the finished fat bomb mass into a suitable silicone mold, like this bar silicone mold, and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Step 4

Press the fat bombs out of the silicone mold once they’re hard and cut them into bite-sized pieces if necessary.

Step 5

(Optional) Sprinkle a bit of melted chocolate on top of the finished butter pecan bites and press pecan halves on the chocolate for a bit of decoration.

Storage

Cover the low carb butter pecan fat bombs with plastic wrap or place them in an air-tight container and store them in your fridge.

We recommend consuming them within a week.
