Step 1
1/4 white cabbage, 200g tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot

Dice the onion and grate the carrot or cut the carrot into thin strips.
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, quarter it and remove the stem.
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set it aside for now.
Dice the tomatoes.
