Our keto vanilla milkshake might be a bit more work than other milkshakes, but it’s definitely worth it!

It’ll result in an authentic and natural vanilla flavor and not the cheap artificial taste – delicious and super refreshing instead of “ok”!

Ingredients

ml unsweetened almond milk You can exchange the almond milk for regular milk or some other low carb plant-based milk, if you like.
ml heavy cream
ice cubes
vanilla bean You can also use vanilla extract in exchange.
1 tsp = 1/2 bean

liquid sweetener to taste

Step 1

  ml heavy cream, vanilla bean

  fl oz heavy cream, vanilla bean

Add the heavy cream, the vanilla pulp and the scraped out vanilla bean into a small pot and set the heat to medium.
Bring the heavy cream to a boil while stirring the mixture every now and then.

Remove the pot from the stove once the heavy cream boiled up and let the mixture cool down for about 10-15 minutes and put it in the fridge for another 30-40 minutes.

Don’t forget to remove the scraped out vanilla bean from the pot once the mixture has cooled down a bit.

Add the vanilla-infused heavy cream and all of the other ingredients into a high-performance blender and mix for about 20-30 seconds.

Don’t mix too long, as the friction will warm up your milkshake and nobody likes a warm milkshake.

Sweeten your low carb vanilla milkshake with a liquid sweetener of your choice.

Start slowly with about 1-2 drops and work your way up to reach your desired level of sweetness.

Step 4

Enjoy ice-cold!

Storage

We recommend consuming your milkshake on the same day.
