Step 1 – Preparing the marzipan

Add all of the ingredients for the keto marzipan into a middle-sized bowl and knead with your hands until you get a smooth mass.

Step 2

Form approx. sized balls (1″-1.2″) and press them down with the palm of your hands.

Step 3 – Preparing the chocolate coating

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in your microwave.

Step 4

Place the marzipan pralines on a baking rack with a sheet of parchment paper underneath it.

Step 5

Cover the pralines with chocolate – use a small spoon to distribute the melted chocolate among the pralines.

Step 6

Place a pecan half on each of the pralines while the chocolate is still wet.

Step 7

Let the finished pecan marzipan pralines chill in your fridge until the chocolate hardened up.

Enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee!

Storage

Cover the low carb pecan marzipan pralines with plastic wrap or place them in an air-tight container and store them in your fridge.
